Configure notifications for Microsoft Teams

Configuring the Webhook

CloudOS sends notifications to Microsoft Teams using webhooks. To configure a new webhook in Teams, click the "Apps" button in the bottom-left corner of the app, and search for "webhook." Select "Incoming Webhook."

In the following dialog, click "Add to a team."

Select the team and channel you would like to send the notifications to, and click "Set up a connector."

In the next dialog, provide a name and optionally an image, and click "Create."

Copy the generated webhook URL.

Configuring the Integration in the CloudOS Portal

In the CloudOS portal, browse to Settings > Integrations > Messaging Platforms, and select "Microsoft Teams." Paste in the webhook URL from the Teams configuration, and click "Update."

Send a test message to test the new webhook.
